There will be a power outage Wednesday 1st of October between 8:30am and 3:30pm. There will be power for charging laptops and phones available at the Ohariu Valley Hall, as well as Free Wi-fi, Wi-Fi Calling and a landline. I believe Adam Simpson and Leigh Vibert from the Hall Committee may be able to assist with opening the Hall on that day. Valley Wireless systems will be unaffected as we are solar powered for the most part. If you have a solar energy system or generator then our service will still work during the outage.

It is likely that the Spark Cell Tower will also go out of service during this power cut, as it only has a 6 hour backup so you may also lose your cellular coverage at home but there will be W-iFi access at the Ohariu Valley Hall.
